Do you want to help create the best conditions for equitable education? At the Swedish National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools (SPSM), we work to ensure that all children, students, and adult learners with disabilities achieve their educational goals. We also operate our own special schools in various locations across Sweden.

We are now looking for new staff for the Special Educational Advisory Department. Through our special educational advice, we provide professionals and organizations with support to develop an equitable, accessible, and health-promoting education for children and students with disabilities. The support we provide should be preventive and promoting in order to achieve long-term and sustainable results. The special educational support should facilitate preschools, schools, and authorities in providing equitable education according to the requirements of the Education Act across all school forms.

The Advisory Department is a nationally distributed department with a total of about 140 advisors, divided into 9 units with offices from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. The units are led by unit managers, and we are now looking for 1 advisor for Advisory Unit 7, with placement at our office either in Växjö or Kalmar.
